The Legacy is Cypher's attempt to bring back the curved dress watch of the 1960s: a dished dial under a tall, double-domed sapphire crystal that bends light at its edge the way old acrylic domes did, but will not scratch. Around the sunburst centre is a hobnail guilloche chapter ring, and the 40mm steel case is about 11mm thick. Cypher uses an Epson VL57 quartz movement with a true small seconds, rated to within 20 seconds a month. Midnight is the navy version on a suede strap; Bordeaux, Obsidian, Evergreen and the two-tone Cognac are the others. At ₹9,975 it is one of the most carefully finished dress watches under ₹10,000 from an Indian brand.
