Pearlette is Horpa's mother-of-pearl line for women, and Angel is its purest version: a white mother-of-pearl dial with rose-gold appliques and a date, in a 34mm high-polish case with rose-gold PVD, only 7.5mm thick, on a white leather strap with quick-release pins. It runs on a Seiko Instruments quartz movement under hardened mineral glass, rated to 5 bar, with Horpa's two-year warranty. Cream and Rose are the other dials; Oyster has sold out. At ₹13,500 it is well made and quietly elegant, and it gets more interesting than the price suggests when the light catches the shell.
