Kshan — Hindi for 'a moment' — is a Noida brand run by Kshan Watch Pvt Ltd, started by co-founder Akshay Madan after years of restoring, modding and assembling watches as a hobby. That background shows in what it chose to sell: a single model, the Aquaria, a 40mm NH35 diver whose spec sheet reads like a checklist of things enthusiasts complain cheaper divers skip — a sapphire bezel insert, a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the underside, a screw-down crown and caseback, and a case only 12.1mm thick. A matching steel bracelet followed in September 2026. One reference is a narrow catalogue, but it is a focused one.
