The Story
“A mottled, sun-dappled blue like shallow water over a coral atoll, crossed by a yellow seconds hand and signed with a small manta ray gliding past the 4 o'clock marker.
The Manta is Shaw's second watch, and it is the more wearable of the two: a 38mm, 45mm lug-to-lug steel diver that still carries a full 200m rating, a screw-down crown and a 120-click steel bezel. Inside is a no-date ('ghost date') Seiko NH35 behind an exhibition caseback with a custom rotor, and the lume runs from the applied indices to the Shaw logo on the crown. It comes on a quick-release FKM rubber strap plus a second strap in the box. At ₹15,000 it is one of the few genuine 200m Indian divers sized for smaller wrists.
