The Story

The Manta Quartz takes the automatic's 38mm case and 200m rating and slims it to 9.5mm and 66g with a Swiss-made Ronda 713 movement. It keeps the sapphire crystal, the screw-down crown and the 120-click steel bezel, and swaps the exhibition back for a solid caseback engraved with a diver and a manta. It ships on a black NATO strap. At ₹8,500 it is the cheapest real 200m diver from an Indian brand we know of, which is probably why both colours sold out. Shaw says it is restocking in November.
