Gates of India is Jaipur Watch Company at its most theatrical: a hinged, flip-open dial inspired by the ceremonial gates of the City Palace, hand-finished in Jaipur over roughly seven weeks. Behind the Leheriya-patterned front, a mother-of-pearl panel reveals one of the nation's landmark gateways — here the Gateway of India — carried on a TMI dual-movement quartz with two independent time displays. It is less a watch than a wearable piece of miniature architecture, the kind of object that argues Indian micro-brands can build showpieces, not just tool watches. Royal Rajasthani craft meets national monument on a 38mm case.
