The Story
“A hand-painted Pichwai miniature — the devotional art form from Nathdwara, Rajasthan — depicting Krishna's forest dances. Painted by a single artisan over 12–15 hours.
Pichwai painting originates in Nathdwara, Rajasthan — large devotional cloths depicting Lord Krishna painted in rich natural pigments. JWC commissions master artisans to render these on watch dials. Each piece takes 12–15 hours of painting; no two are identical. The Krishna Leela series depicts the divine playfulness of Krishna in the Vrindavan forests. 50 pieces, each signed by the artisan.
